We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our golf products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Personalized or custom golf equipment
- Used golf balls (from our Balls category)
- Opened packages of golf tees or accessories
- Gift cards
- Clothing & shoes that have been worn or had tags removed (for hygiene reasons)
All golf clubs and equipment must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Return Process

Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return.
