Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on clothing & shoes that have been worn or had tags removed. All golf clubs and equipment must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the return is processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
